Hørning provides environmental products declarations (EPDs)

At Hørning Parket, we are dedicated to delivering documentation that can be applied to a sustainable construction, hereby offering Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for most of our products. These EPDs, recognized internationally, provide insight on each product’s environmental impact across its lifecycle, covering aspects like resource use, waste, and CO₂ emissions.

We recently expanded our EPD range to include:

  • End Grain Flooring in larch, pine, and spruceClick here
  • Castleplank in oak, smoked oak, ash, and Douglas Fir Click here

We provide certifications that support for example DGNB, BREEAM, and LEED standards, ensuring architects high-quality materials that exemplify longevity and minimal CO2 emissions, ideal for sustainable construction. All documentation and certifications are accessible on NBS Nordic, aiding easy access to environmentally conscious products.

Additionally, Hørning supports the Reduction Roadmap initiative, aiming at reducing carbon emissions in the Danish construction industry.

We are committed to meeting current and future environmental standards. With our certifications and extensive environmental documentation, we proudly produce Floors for Generations, embodying our dedication to quality floors.
