Håndværkskollegiet

The building

Håndværkerkollegiet in Horsens is a place of community for young apprentices who are about to start an apprenticeship as a carpenter, joiner, carpenter, painter or bricklayer. Håndværkerkollegiet will open in March 2024 as a residential and experience centre where there is room to cultivate interests and build community around their professional development. We are excited to deliver a place where the framework for learning can form the basis for skilled and future craftsmen.

Choice of floor solution

The materials are carefully selected for sustainability and quality. We chose HØRNING solid oak plank, which creates a calm atmosphere while complimenting the beautiful craftsmanship and architectural design of the building. Our floors are designed to maintain their quality over generations, which harmonises with our sustainable approach.
