Horning UK conducted CPD sessions
Horning UK offers a RIBA-assessed CPD course exploring the world of sustainable architecture, and we have successfully conducted CPD sessions this year.
In collaboration with esteemed firms such as Foster + Partners, tp bennett, and Michaelis Boyd, our CPD (Continuing Professional Development) seminars have focused on the theme: “Building a Sustainable Future: The Benefits of Timber Flooring in Architecture.” These sessions covered a range of critical topics, including the environmental and health benefits of using timber in architectural design and practical approaches to specifying sustainable products.
A key highlight of these sessions is our commitment to sustainability, reflected in our product-specific EPDs (Environmental Product Declarations), which provide fundamental insights into the environmental impact of many of our products. Additionally, Horning Floor is FSC® and PEFC-certified, sourcing raw wood materials from responsible forestry.
These informative sessions have been pivotal in promoting sustainable building practices, equipping professionals with essential knowledge to stay at the forefront of industry innovation. Our commitment to sustainability and innovation in architecture drives us to lead the industry toward a greener future.
Looking ahead, we are excited to extend these CPD sessions to other architectural practices, continuing our mission to inspire and educate on the benefits of sustainable design.
We thank all participants for their engagement and look forward to more successful sessions in the future!
